Occupants shell civilian infrastructure in Kherson region: one killed and one wounded

Over the past day, on October 8, Antonivka, Stanislav, Tomyna Balka, Tyahynka, Odradokamyanka, Dariivka, Beryslav, Vesele, Zelenivka, Chornobaivka, Novodmitrivka, Dniprovske, Nizlumne, Beryslav, Novovorontsovka, Komyshany, Kachkarivka, Krasnyi Mayak, Lvov, Stepanivka, Olhivka, Sadove and the city of Kherson came under enemy fire and air strikes in the right-bank part of Kherson region.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.
The official said that during the shelling of the region, the Russian occupiers hit an educational and medical institution, a library, an administrative building, a catering facility and an agricultural enterprise; residential areas of the region's settlements, including 29 private houses. The invaders also destroyed outbuildings, garages, agricultural machinery, a bus and private cars.

Prokudin also added that one civilian was killed and 16 others were injured as a result of Russian aggression. Thus, it is known that in Antonivka, Kherson territorial community, a 31-year-old man exploded on an unknown object. He was hospitalized with an explosive injury and partial amputation of his foot. Also, a 58-year-old man was wounded in Antonivka as a result of another explosive drop from a drone. He was taken to a hospital. The victim was diagnosed with an explosive trauma, a shrapnel wound to his left leg and a fracture to his right leg. The victim received the necessary medical care.
Earlier it was reported that on October 9, around 02:00, the Russian army shelled Stepanivka in Kherson district with artillery. They hit the territory of the geriatric center. Two medical workers were injured.
