On August 26, an ambulance crew came under Russian fire in Kherson.

This was reported by the press service of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

The post says that around 16:30, the occupiers attacked the Korabelny district of the city. A car of medics who were hurrying to respond to a call came under enemy fire.

It is noted that no one was injured. The vehicle's windshield was damaged.

A person died in Kherson as a result of Russian shelling. On August 26, in the evening, in the Dniprovsky district, the occupiers attacked a civilian car with a couple in it from a drone. A 68-year-old man died due to severe injuries. The 59-year-old woman sustained explosive trauma, contusion and arm injuries.

On that day, at around 3:00 a.m., Russian troops once again attacked Antonivka using a UAV. A 57-year-old man and a 76-year-old woman were injured as a result of the explosive drop. Around 9:40 a.m., a 61-year-old resident of Zolota Balka sustained shrapnel wounds from an enemy drone. Around 13:00, Dniprovsky district of Kherson came under attack from the Russian army from the temporarily occupied left bank. Several explosions were heard in the yards of high-rise buildings. The enemy targeted residential buildings. Four women were wounded at the site of the shelling, three of them had to be hospitalized.

Also on that day, Russian occupation forces attacked a building of an educational institution with kamikaze drones. As a result of the hit, the building caught fire. No one was injured.

On August 27, at about seven in the morning, the Russian army attacked Novooleksandrivka in Beryslav district. The village was attacked by artillery and drones. The enemy fire damaged at least three residential buildings.

Two local residents who were on the street were injured when explosives were dropped from a drone. A 69-year-old man sustained an explosive injury and a shrapnel wound to his abdomen. A 72-year-old woman sustained an explosive injury, shrapnel wounds to her legs and a bruised shoulder. Both victims were taken to a hospital in moderate condition for medical care.

In addition, at about 06:00, the Russian military shelled Sadove. A 65-year-old man sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the yard of a private household.
