Occupants carry out air strike on Kherson: children are among the wounded

The occupiers launched an air strike on Kherson, children are among the victims - proceedings have been initiated.
This was reported by the press service of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office.
The post says that under the procedural guidance of the Kherson District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was launched in criminal proceedings over violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, on October 7, at about 10:40 a.m., the Russian army launched an air strike on Kherson. Previously, the enemy fired four guided aerial bombs at the regional center, which hit civilian objects. The blast waves damaged at least six high-rise buildings.
Two children and six adult civilians are currently known to have been injured. The data is being clarified.
Also, according to the investigation, on October 6, at about 22:30, the Russian army shelled the Dniprovsky district of Kherson once again. A 61-year-old woman sustained injuries incompatible with life.
Prosecutors, together with law enforcement agencies, are taking all possible measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the Russian armed forces.
According to the Kherson MVA, during the air strike on the city, two UAVs hit the coastal zone of the Central (Tavrichesky) district, two - in the northern part.
Earlier it was reported that five civilians were injured in the right-bank part of Kherson region on October 6 as a result of Russian aggression. Thus, according to the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, at 07:00 am in Kherson, a 64-year-old man was injured in his own yard as a result of a drone dropping an explosive ordnance. At 8:30 a.m., Russians attacked a taxi with a UAV that was traveling with passengers near the village of Orlove. A 50-year-old woman was injured. In the village of Stanislav, a 53-year-old man and his 28-year-old son were also wounded in a drone attack. The victims were provided with medical assistance on the spot.
