Occupants attacked Kherson community several times from the air

In Kherson region, law enforcement officers are recording the consequences of the occupiers' shelling. Thus, during regular shelling of the region, a dead and wounded were recorded.
This was reported by the press service of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office.
The post states that under the procedural guidance of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was launched in criminal proceedings on violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1, 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Thus, according to the investigation, on September 26, at about 02:20, a 46-year-old civilian sustained shrapnel wounds as a result of another shelling of the village of Bilozerka. At the time of the attack, the man was on the street. At 07:00 and 07:35, the occupants dropped explosives from drones on the streets of Kherson. Two women aged 60 and 62 and a 60-year-old man were hospitalized with injuries. The day before, on September 25, at about 19:00, the Russian military shelled the village of Mykhailivka with tanks. A 72-year-old man was killed by shell explosions. At 23:00, the enemy shelled Muzykivka, Sadove, Naddnipryanske and Antonivka with the help of aircraft. They sent 2 CABs to each settlement. Two men, aged 82 and 78, who were in the house of a dacha society, were wounded.
Prosecutors, together with other law enforcement officers, are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the Russian armed forces.
Also, in the morning of September 26, a 20-year-old girl turned to doctors in the Kherson territorial community. At about 7:30 a.m., she was injured as a result of a drone bomb dropped by racists in the Dniprovsky district of the city. The girl was diagnosed with contusion, explosive and closed head injuries, concussion, and shrapnel wounds.
