On the morning of April 10, Russian occupation forces in the Kherson region attacked Poniativka with a UAV.

This was reported by the press service of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

The post says that a bus was damaged as a result of the drone's explosive drop. A 61-year-old woman who was on the street was also injured. She sustained an explosive injury, contusion, and shrapnel wounds to her lower leg and foot. An ambulance crew took the victim to a hospital for medical care.

The Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office added that the incident occurred around 06:30. They added that under the procedural guidance of the Oleshky District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated in criminal proceedings over violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Also that night, Russian troops from the temporarily occupied left bank attacked the Korabelny district. In the Shumensky microdistrict, a dozen cars and a building of a pre-school education institution were damaged as a result of the enemy shelling. Residential buildings were also damaged. No one was injured in the attack. In general, the enemy continued to shell the settlements of Kherson city territorial community yesterday. Damage was recorded in Kherson, Sadove and Antonivka. In particular, 15 private houses, a multi-storey building, a car, and two sections of a gas pipeline were damaged.

Earlier it was reported that during the shelling of the liberated part of Kherson region on September 9, the Russian military hit a medical facility, a kindergarten, a parking lot; residential areas of the region's settlements, including a multi-storey building and 24 private houses. The occupiers also damaged communications equipment, gas pipelines, and private cars.
