Kherson region's defenders receive over a hundred FPV drones and Mavic

The Marine Corps, which is defending Kherson region, has received another batch of unmanned aircraft of various types.

According to the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, he handed over more than a hundred FPV drones and Mavic to one of the marine units.

"In the reliable hands of the Marines, these tools will help them find their targets in the form of the Nazi occupiers and their equipment, and will bring the liberation of Ukrainian land from the enemy closer," Prokudin said.

According to him, Beryslav, Myrnenska, Ivanivska, Skadovska and Kalanchakska communities have allocated more than one and a half million hryvnias for this support.

Earlier, several dozen UAVs were handed over to the Marine Corps' troops defending the Kherson sector. These small and fast drones have long proven to be reliable and effective equipment for both reconnaissance and destruction of the occupiers.

"These means are extremely important for ensuring successful operations of our defenders and protection of the right bank," said Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

"TheMaviks were purchased at the initiative of the Kherson Military District at the expense of the Beryslav, Novokakhovka, Holoprystan and Skadovsk communities. About five million hryvnias were allocated to help the defenders.

In addition, the Kherson zonal department of the Military Law Enforcement Service was reinforced with a new special vehicle. He noted that the Military Law Enforcement Service cares about the purity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the rule of law and justice. Military law enforcement officers counteract sabotage, prevent looting, protect military facilities, escort prisoners of war, etc. The newly equipped minibus will help them better fulfill their duties.
