Kherson police undergo intensive training for combat operations

The newly created combat unit of the Kherson regional police, the Striletsky Battalion, is undergoing intensive training as part of its combat coordination.
According to the press service of the Kherson Regional Police, the battalion includes experienced officers from various territorial units, services, and police stations. They are ready to defend the country and return its legal borders, motivated and charged to win.

The post states that the police will fight Russian aggression and liberate the occupied territories. In addition to combat missions, they will protect the population, maintain public safety and order, and identify collaborators and criminal groups. Another of their tasks is to prevent enemy sabotage groups from entering our territory and eliminate them.

"In conditions as close to combat as possible, the police train every day. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, they hone their knowledge and practical skills in tactical, firearms, first aid, physical, engineering and explosive training. They learn how to build defenses and storm enemy positions, pay great attention to tactical and medical training, because in combat conditions it saves the lives of both their comrades and the soldier himself," the statement said.
The commander of Company No. 1 of the Striletsky Police Battalion of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kherson Oblast, nicknamed Prometheus, said that his unit is equipped with everything necessary to perform its tasks and is ready to repel the enemy. They have one goal - to drive the Russian occupiers out of Ukrainian land. Although the process of training and preparation is ongoing, which is long and endless, the personnel are ready to repel the enemy and liberate the temporarily occupied territories of our country.
