Activists of the Yellow Ribbon continue the campaign of letters to Ukraine. Despite the constant propaganda that is heard on the occupied peninsula literally "from every iron," our people remember their identity and are not going to succumb to Russian influence, the movement's Telegram channel says.
In particular, the post reads: "By reading the letters sent to us from all over the TOT, you can touch the thoughts and hopes of Ukrainians who are under forced occupation. Their hopes, their love for Ukraine, their resistance are all here.
Because Crimea is Ukraine. Because no matter how hard it is, the struggle continues. Because Crimea is waiting for the Armed Forces of Ukraine."

On October 10, it became known that the Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea sent to court indictments against two "judges" who had issued illegal decisions to evict Ukrainian citizens from Crimea. The actions of the judges are classified as violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The sanction of the article provides for up to 12 years in prison, the statement said. The investigation established that in 2014, the accused took up the positions of "judges" in the occupation "Leninsky District Court of Sevastopol" and "Kirovsky District Court of the Republic of Crimea". Knowing that the residents of the occupied peninsula are protected by international humanitarian law, in accordance with the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, the defendants made illegal decisions in 2017-2018 to evict two Ukrainian citizens from Crimea.
On September 13, Intent reported that an occupation official from Crimea would be tried for treason and collaboration. The investigation established that before the occupation of the peninsula, the citizen of Ukraine held the position of First Deputy Head of the Territorial Department of the State Committee of Ukraine for Mining, Industrial Safety and Labor Protection in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. However, in 2014, the accused betrayed the oath of a civil servant and began working in the occupation Interregional Department of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol as a "head of department" and later as a "deputy head". In addition, in May 2023, he was appointed "acting head" of the said occupation agency, which he still heads. In this position, the "official" contributes to the implementation of the policy of the aggressor state and ensures the activities of its occupation executive bodies in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea.
