Kherson is also without electricity due to a massive Russian missile attack.‍ Electricity is temporarily out of service, and there may be water shortages. As a result of Russian aggression, 1 person was killed and 14 others were injured.

According to Roman Mrochko, head of the Kherson City Military Administration, experts are currently working to stabilize the situation. The process of restoring power supply will be reported.

In general, yesterday, November 27, Russian troops shelled critical and social infrastructure and residential areas ofthe region's settlements, in particular, damaging 7 high-rise buildings and 14 private houses. The occupiers also damaged garages and private cars. Over the past day, Beryslav, Antonivka, Zolota Balka, Stanislav, Vesele, Bilozerka, Mylove, Dudchany, Zmiivka, Komyshany and the city of Kherson came under enemy fire and air strikes.

A resident of Kindiivka was hospitalized. The 50-year-old man was wounded as a result of a Russian drone attack. He sustained mine-blast trauma and shrapnel wounds to his legs.‍ Two residents of Bilozerka also sought medical assistance. A 61-year-old man and a 58-year-old woman were injured as a result of yesterday's shelling. The victims were diagnosed with explosive injuries and contusions.

Balconies and windows were smashed in the houses of the townspeople. ‍As soon as the security situation allowed, specialists of the Kherson Regional Municipal Emergency Rescue Service joined the response to the aftermath of the enemy shelling. They carried out priority restoration work.

At around 10:00, Russians attacked a resident of Stanislav with a drone. The man born in 1977 was taken to the hospital. He was diagnosed with a mine-blast injury and a shrapnel wound to the face. Around two o'clock in the afternoon, the Russian military shelled Bilozerka with artillery. A 67-year-old woman was injured as a result of the attack. She suffered an explosive injury and polytrauma. ‍

In Vesele , two houses and a garage with a car burned down as a result of an enemy attack.Ⅱ This afternoon, the Russian occupation army dropped explosives from drones on the homes of local residents. Two more people were injured as a result of Russian aggression. ‍ A 47-year-old man was injured in the Dniprovsky district of Kherson as a result of an explosive drop from a UAV. He suffered a mine-blast trauma and shrapnel wounds to his hands. ‗A 67-year-old woman sustained explosive trauma and concussion in Antonivka as a result of a Russian drone attack.
