The press service added that 241 people have been notified of suspicion of committing criminal offenses of this category, and 280 indictments have been sent to court. It is noted that among the enemy's accomplices are civil servants, council members of various categories and levels, former law enforcement officers, ordinary citizens, etc.
For example, the court is considering an indictment against the former head of one of the municipal enterprises of Kherson region on the fact of aiding the aggressor state (Part 1 of Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). In May 2022, he agreed to cooperate with the enemy and became the occupation head of Oleshky in Kherson district. As the head of the illegal administration, he approved the decision of the local "council of deputies" to establish the boundaries of the district, the regulations of the powers of enterprises and the so-called "local government". In addition, he handed over to the occupation "administration of Oleshky district" a car of the utility company he had previously headed.
Also, under the procedural supervision of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, six members of the Russian agent network were exposed and served suspicion notices, including a Russian citizen - the so-called "first deputy minister" of the occupation "Ministry of Information Policy of Kherson Region". According to the investigation, three suspects were in Kherson and acted as informants. Together with their accomplices on the left bank, they provided the enemy with data on the locations and movements of the Defense Forces, reported on the results of shelling of settlements, and informed about the socio-political situation.
