On the morning of November 28, explosions were heard in Odesa. The enemy launched missiles at the region.
DTEK's website stated that emergency power outages were introduced in the Odesa region. During such outages, schedules that can be predicted in advance do not apply.
Olena Buynevych, Director of the Department of Education and Science , urged parents not to take their children to schools and kindergartens during the alert. She also said that the first shift in schools would start distance learning.
"Dear parents, I remind you that we do not walk the streets with our children during the alert. Schools, the first shift, will start learning remotely after the alarm. If a child is brought in, we take him or her immediately to the shelter. You can come to the kindergarten later. Let the teacher know that you are bringing your child," the official said.
