It was proved that during the temporary occupation of Kherson, the accused went to work in a law enforcement agency illegally created by the occupation authorities - the "Expert and Forensic Center of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kherson Region". The special pre-trial investigation was conducted by SBI investigators in Melitopol.
Earlier it was reported that the investigating judge of the Central District Court of Mykolaiv Ivan Dirk considered a request for a preventive measure against a 60-year-old resident of Kherson, suspected of committing a criminal offense under Part 5 of Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
It was also said that an educator who implemented Russian education standards in the seized Kherson university would be tried.
