At night, Russians attacked Odesa region, probably with an Iskander-M ballistic missile

According to preliminary data from law enforcement, last night the Russian military launched Shahed-136 and Iskander-M missiles at Odesa region.
According to the Odesa regional prosecutor's office, the attack damaged warehouse buildings, cars, and a gas pipeline. A 59-year-old man, a security guard at one of the warehouses, was injured and taken to the hospital with injuries of varying severity. A civilian cargo ship was also damaged as a result of an enemy missile attack on the port infrastructure.
"The inspection is ongoing, and a full list of destruction and damage is being established," the agency added.
At the scene, SBU prosecutors and investigators are documenting the consequences of Russia's armed aggression. Under the procedural supervision of prosecutors of the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation into the criminal proceedings over violation of the laws and customs of war has been initiated.
Earlier, the head of the Odesa military administration, Oleh Kiper , said that the air defense forces had been working hard. However, the infrastructure was still damaged.
Russian occupation forces are shelling Odesa region with missiles and drones almost daily. For example, on the night of October 3, the Russians attacked the energy infrastructure in the Ivanivska community of Berezivskyi district of Odesa region.
On the night of October 2, the Izmail district of Odesa region became the target of the occupiers. The enemy sent attack drones there. Numerous explosions were heard in the region. The Ukrainian air defense system was engaged in combat operations. Due to the attack, the Orlivka checkpoint in Odesa region temporarily suspended its passage operations.
The invader targeted the port and border infrastructure. Two truck drivers were wounded in the attack, one of them a Turkish citizen. The injured were hospitalized, their condition is assessed as moderate, and doctors are providing the necessary assistance.
On the night of September 29, in Odesa district, a Shahed crash damaged the roof and glazing of a residential building, a fence, and three nearby parked trucks.
In Rozdilnyansky district, several drones fell on an open area without igniting. No one was killed or injured. In total, 15 drones were shot down over Ukraine overnight. Five more drones went missing, but the military has no information on whether they caused any damage.
