A man was killed and a police car burned down in Mykolaiv region due to occupants' shelling

A man was killed in Mykolaiv region as a result of shelling and police officers were almost injured. They were responding to a call when an enemy drone hit their car.

This was reported by Vitaliy Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.

On the afternoon of October 27, the enemy attacked the village of Dmytrivka in the Kutsurubska community three times using FPV drones.

One of the drones hit a 43-year-old man on a moped, killing him on the spot.

The other two drones were aimed at the police officers who responded to the call. As a result of the shelling, a fire broke out and destroyed the police car. The police officers were not injured.

On the night of October 27, air defense forces in Mykolaiv region destroyed four Shahed 131/136 drones.

On the afternoon of October 26, the enemy attacked the Kutsurub community with an FPV drone. No casualties were reported at the time.

Yesterday, on October 26, the Russian military shelled residential areas in Kherson region, including 23 private houses. The occupiers also damaged a gas pipeline and a car. As a result of Russian aggression, 2 people were killed and 8 others were injured.

After an air raid alert was sounded in Odesa on the evening of October 26, an explosion occur red, after which citizens began posting photos of the fire on social media, indicating that it was burning in the Zastava II area. According to the State Emergency Service, a warehouse was on fire. By the time the fire and rescue units arrived, the flames had engulfed the entire building. It took rescuers almost nine hours to extinguish the fire over an area of 1,500 square meters.
