Russian troops massively attacked Kherson and Mykolaiv regions with drones, artillery, and aircraft. Civilians were killed and wounded, including a child, and residential buildings and critical infrastructure were damaged.
According to Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, dozens of settlements in the region, including Antonivka, Sadove, Inzhenerne, Prydniprovske, Bilozerka, Stanislav, Kizomys, Beryslav and Kherson, came under enemy drone terror, air strikes and artillery fire.
The occupiers hit critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential areas. The attacks damaged at least 8 high-rise buildings and 17 private houses. A shop, ambulances, agricultural machinery and private cars were also destroyed.
The Russian aggression killed 2 people and injured 13 others, including a child.
Yaroslav Shanko, the head of the Kherson MVA, said that Kherson, Antonivka, Sadove and Prydniprovske were hit within the Kherson community. Residential buildings, an administrative building, an out-of-school education institution, and critical infrastructure facilities were damaged. Two people died in the community and 10 others were injured.
Meanwhile, Vitaliy Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, said that air defense forces destroyed or suppressed six Shahed 131/136 attack drones.
In Mykolaiv, as a result of falling debris, a minibus and a garage caught fire; rescuers quickly extinguished the fires, and no one was injured.
In Bashtanka district, a Russian drone attacked the Bereznehuvata community: a married couple, a 45-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman, were wounded and hospitalized in moderate condition.
In Mykolaiv district, the enemy attacked Kutsurubska and Ochakivska communities with FPV drones, and also launched a morning attack, probably from MLRS, on Ochakiv. A car was damaged, with no casualties.
