In Kherson, power outages have occurred due to regular Russian shelling and drone attacks. Part of the city is without power.
This was reported by the Kherson City Military Administration.
According to the Military Administration, the central part of Kherson and the Korabelny District are partially without power.
Specialists are currently assessing the damage to the power grid and determining the exact causes of the emergency outage. Emergency repair work will begin as soon as the security situation allows.
Meanwhile, Russian troops continue to attack the city with drones. Around 2:15 p.m., the occupiers dropped explosives from a drone onto a public bus traveling along one of Kherson’s central streets. According to preliminary reports, three people were injured.
In addition, a Russian drone attacked a civilian vehicle in the city center. A 52-year-old man who was nearby was injured in the strike. Medical personnel diagnosed him with blast-induced and closed head injuries, a concussion, and multiple superficial shrapnel wounds. After receiving medical care, the victim declined hospitalization.
The city’s military administration urged residents to treat the situation with understanding. In case of urgent need, Kherson residents can seek shelter at the nearest “Points of Resilience.”
As a reminder, on July 13, Russian troops launched a massive attack on the Kherson region using aircraft, artillery, and drones. Three people were killed in the shelling, and another 25 were injured, including one child.
