On January 1, 2026, new tariffs for natural gas distribution came into force in Mykolaiv region.
This was reported by the Mykolaiv branch of Gazmerezha.
In accordance with the decision of the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission, new tariffs for the distribution of natural gas for organizations and entrepreneurs are being introduced. A two-stage increase is envisaged: from January 2026, the tariff will be UAH 2.92, and from April it will increase to UAH 3.60 per cubic meter per month.
The tariff policy for household consumers remains unchanged. Due to the current moratorium, residents of Mykolaiv and the region will continue to pay UAH 1.99 per cubic meter for gas supply.
Earlier, Kherson City Clinical Hospital named after Athanasius and Olga Tropin announced an open tender for the purchase of natural gas to ensure the operation of the hospital.
The purchase involves the supply of 130 thousand cubic meters of natural gas. The supply is to take place during the first quarter of 2026, namely from January 1 to March 31, 2026.
Bids from potential suppliers are accepted until November 28, 2025 at 00:00. The bids will be opened and an electronic auction will be held on the same day at 11:22 a.m. Under the terms of the tender, payment for the supplied gas will be made after its actual delivery.
The payment will be made in cash to the supplier's account by the last day of the month following the month of delivery, with the total payment amounting to 100% of the gas price. In addition, during August 2025, the specialists of JSC Khersongaz were actively working to restore gas supply in the de-occupied territories of Kherson region. During this period, they managed to localize and repair 340 damages to gas networks, which allowed gas to be returned to the affected settlements.
At the same time, the company emphasizes that repairs are possible only if consumers pay for the services. The total debt of the residents of the de-occupied territories for gas distribution as of April 1, 2025, reached more than UAH 245 million. Khersongaz calls on the population to pay off their debts and offers to enter into restructuring agreements.
