Military registration records will be checked at 46 institutions in the Kherson region

Unscheduled inspections of the military registration status of conscripts, persons subject to military service, and reservists will be conducted in the Kherson region at government agencies, enterprises, institutions, and organizations.
The corresponding order was signed on June 25, 2026, by Yevhen Ignatenko, acting head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
According to the document, the inspections will take place from July through December 2026. They will be conducted by a special commission established under the Kherson Regional Military Administration, in accordance with an approved schedule.
The plan includes 46 government agencies, municipal enterprises, educational institutions, and private companies. Among them are:
- the “P.S. Neporozhnyi Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant” branch of PJSC “Ukrhydroenergo”;
- JSC “Khersonoblenergo”;
- Kherson State University;
- Kherson State Maritime Academy;
- the Department of Education of the Kherson City Council;
- Kherson Regional Council;
- Kherson Airlines Municipal Enterprise;
- Kherson Regional Philharmonic;
- Kherson Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
- Kherson Branch of JSC “Ukrtelecom”;
- "School of Humanities" Lyceum of the Kherson Regional Council;
- Novokakhovka Vocational Electrotechnical Lyceum, as well as a number of other institutions, enterprises, and public organizations.
The order states that the inspections are being conducted to monitor the organization and maintenance of military registration in accordance with the laws of Ukraine “On Military Duty and Military Service,” "On Mobilization Preparation and Mobilization," as well as the government’s Procedure for the Organization and Maintenance of Military Registration.
Recently, the “School of Humanitarian Labor” lyceum of the Kherson Regional Council reported possible violations during the mobilization of the institution’s director, Artem Kiyanovsky, and called on the competent authorities to verify the legality of the actions of TCC officials.
Earlier, following an inspection by representatives of the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights at the Mykolaiv Regional TCC and SP assembly point, six men were released whom the authorities had no right to detain; Among them was a man withbroken ribs, as well as individuals who had legal grounds for deferment from mobilization.
