In Kherson, a Russian drone attacked an ambulance: there are injured people

In the Kherson region, two people were killed and 14 others were wounded over the past day as a result of Russian aggression. Dozens of settlements, including Kherson, came under enemy air, drone, and artillery attack.

This was reported byOleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional State Administration.

The occupiers targeted critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential neighborhoods in the region. Seven high-rise buildings and 13 private homes were damaged.

Administrative buildings, utility structures, ambulances, and private vehicles were also hit by the shelling.

According to the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, on September 13, Russian troops attacked the region with artillery and various types of drones.

At around 5:30 a.m. in the village of Milove and around 7:00 a.m. in Kherson, the Russians attacked civilians with drones. Two men, aged 71 and 68, were killed—their injuries were fatal.

In Kherson, civilians were injured as a result of artillery strikes and drone attacks. Among the wounded were a driver, a paramedic, and an ambulance patient, as well as a nurse from one of the city’s hospitals.

In addition to residential buildings, several hospital wards, a dormitory, and government and civilian vehicles were damaged in the city.

Law enforcement authorities have launched pretrial investigations into the Russian attacks under Parts 1 and 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine—violation of the laws and customs of war.
