Four people injured in Kherson after shelling

Over the past day, Kherson region was subjected to massive attacks by Russian troops - dozens of settlements, including Kherson, were hit by drones, aircraft and artillery. There are casualties as a result of the shelling.
According to the chairman Oleksandr Prokudin, Antonivka, Bilozerka, Stanislav, Kizomys, Beryslav and other settlements of the region were under fire. The enemy hit critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential areas.
Two high-rise buildings and at least eight private houses were damaged. A gas pipeline was also destroyed, and a moped and a car were damaged. Four civilians were injured.
He called on residents to evacuate to safer regions through the regional contact center if possible.
At the same time, Vitaliy Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, said that a kamikaze attack by Shahed-131/136 drones was recorded in the neighboring Mykolaiv region at night.
A fire broke out at a transport infrastructure facility in Mykolaiv district as a result of falling debris, damaging equipment. There were no casualties.
In addition, the day before, the enemy fired at the Ochakivska community, probably with multiple rocket launchers. Over the last day, air defense forces shot down or suppressed eight enemy drones.
The situation in the south of Ukraine remains tense, with shelling of civilian infrastructure continuing.
On April 17, a kindergarten, a minibus with passengers and elderly passers-by came under enemy fire in Kherson Oblast. While the fire was destroying schools and post offices, targeted attacks by UAVs injured three residents right on the streets and in their own homes.
And on April 16, at least 5 multi-storey buildings and 9 private houses were damaged in the attacks. An administrative building, a shop, outbuildings, agricultural machinery, a truck, a garage, and civilian cars were destroyed.
Two people died and 11 others were injured, including two children, as a result of Russian aggression. Twelve civilians were evacuated from the dangerous areas of the region.
