Five richest MPs from Odesa declared 27 million

The traditional income declaration season has once again highlighted the financial life of MPs. The analysis of the updated reports of MPs from Odesa region for 2025 shows not only stability of their wealth, but also its significant growth.
The Center for Public Investigations, together with Intent, collected data on income, real estate, land and luxury goods to see the full picture of MPs' well-being.
Oleksiy Honcharenko remains the leader of the rating. In 2025, the total income of his family increased to UAH 10.7 million (compared to UAH 9.5 million in 2024). The MP's own income also showed a slight increase - from UAH 3 million to UAH 3.2 million. In 2023, the family received UAH 9.7 million.
Anatoliy Urbanskyi is in second place. His family budget increased from UAH 6.6 million to UAH 6.9 million over the year. However, the politician's personal income decreased slightly: while in 2024 he declared almost 596 thousand hryvnias, in 2025 this figure dropped to 500 thousand hryvnias. As before, the financial stability of the family is ensured by his wife's business.
Stepan Cherniavskyi made a significant breakthrough, moving up to the third place in the ranking. While in 2024 the family income amounted to UAH 2.7 million, in 2025 it reached UAH 3.3 million. Interestingly, the MP's personal income decreased: from UAH 1.8 million in 2024 to UAH 0.8 million in 2025, which indicates a sharp increase in the income of his family members.
In 2025,Serhiy Koleboshyn declared UAH 3.1 million in total income, almost all of which - UAH 3 million - was his own earnings. This allowed him to gain a foothold in the top five.
Instead, Ivan Shynkarenko, who in 2024 ranked third with an income of UAH 3.7 million, lost some ground in 2025, declaring a total of UAH 2.9 million. His personal contribution amounted to UAH 0.7 million (compared to UAH 1.1 million a year earlier).
This year , Mykola Skoryk did not make it to the top. While in 2024 his family declared 3.6 million hryvnias, which secured him a place in the top five, the data for 2025 did not allow him to compete with his wealthier colleagues.
Oleksandr Horeniuk also continues to be outside the ranking. After 2023, when he disappeared from the top due to the absence of data on his wife's property in his declaration, the situation has not changed: his personal income does not allow him to return to the top in terms of financial performance.
Tetiana Plachkova left the ranking forever (she resigned early in 2023), whose partner used to set records unattainable for the current defendants (over UAH 42 million in 2022).
