A monument to the Duke of Richelieu has been restored in Odessa

In Odesa, the monument to the Duke of Richelieu, located on Primorsky Boulevard, has been restored to its original condition. This morning, the sandbags that had been placed around the monument by city workers and volunteers at the start of the invasion were removed.
