The Odesa Regional Military Administration has authorized round-the-clock transit traffic to the "Palanka," "Starokozache," "Orlivka," and "Reni" checkpoints. Curfew restrictions have been adjusted for traffic in both directions on state highways, from the Kyiv highway to the Odesa bypass.
This was announced by Oleg Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
He noted that people crossing the border with Moldova and Romania will now be able to reach the checkpoints more quickly and spend less time on the road.
In the Mykolaiv region, starting April 1, 2026, the curfew hours were adjusted and additional restrictions were introduced.
According to the document, in most of the region, the curfew will be in effect from12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. During this period, a blackout—complete darkness—will also be enforced.
At the same time, longer restrictions have been established for communities near the front lines. These include the following settlements:
- Ochakiv City Territorial Community
- Kutsurub Rural Territorial Community
- Chornomorska Rural Territorial Community
There, the curfew will be in effect from10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with mandatory compliance with the blackout.
The restrictions prohibit people from being on the streets or in public places during specified hours without special passes.
