Civilians armed with bats and metal pipes damaged a vehicle and injured a soldier from the alert group.
This was reported by the Mykolaiv Regional TCC and JV.
The incident occurred during the activities of the TCC and law enforcement officers.
"According to preliminary information, there are casualties among the military of the CCC and JV, and civilians. Law enforcement officers are working at the scene," the statement said.
The Odesa Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support commented on a video in which a woman grabs a military man, an employee of one of the centers, and claims to be taking him hostage.

In exchange for USD 1500, the official promised to remove a person liable for military service from the list of wanted persons. According to the police, the man demanded money from a citizen who had violated the rules of military registration. The SBU detained FSB agents who were planning a double terrorist attack near the regional shopping center in Mykolaiv. The explosives were supposed to go off one after the other to hit as many people as possible - the attackers were neutralized before the crime was committed.
