Natalia Manzyuk, deputy head of the Sports Department, stated that the Mykolaiv City Administration is delaying the implementation of the Supreme Court’s ruling regarding her reinstatement and is attempting to conduct behind-the-scenes negotiations. She is demanding the immediate issuance of an order reinstating her to her position and the payment of compensation for the period of forced absence from work, to be covered by the budget.

Natalia Manzyuk wrote about this on social media.

She noted that her lawyer received a call asking whether she planned to continue working. According to her, he replied that they should ask her personally.

“Today, Rostislav Malyavin, a lawyer from the Administration, frantically called my attorney, Oleksandr Poribkin, with a very telling question: ‘I was told to call you… Will Natalia Ivanivna continue working or is she going to resign?” Manzuk wrote.

She noted that Mayor Oleksandr Senkevych and the Sports Department are obligated to immediately, fully, and without any delay comply with the decision of Ukraine’s highest court. In particular, Manzyuk expects them to draft an administrative order, make changes to the staffing structure, and officially ensure her unconditional reinstatement to her position.

“I will return to my office solely on the basis of Ukrainian law, and I will work just as I always have,” she wrote.

Manzuk also stated that a lawyer’s request for the full archives of orders regarding the awarding of bonuses ranging from 200% to 400% over the past few years must be fulfilled without obstruction.
