The project to solve labor market problems is designed for two years and for two regions - Mykolaiv and Odesa.

This was reported by the online publication Mykolaivski Novyny.

Funding comes from Denmark. Mykolaiv region became the first frontline region to participate in the project. This development is called "Support for Job Creation in Mykolaiv and Odesa and Development of Social Dialogue." This program will cover both individuals and the private sector.

The key areas of focus include vocational education tailored to the needs of the frontline economy, support for self-employment and engagement of vulnerable people in starting their own businesses, and integration of veterans and people aged 45+ into the labor market.

Three training programs are currently planned to be launched. 30 people will take short-term courses in selected specialties. Two vocational education institutions will receive funds to upgrade their material and technical facilities.
