Local authorities have assured that residents of the first entrance will be able to return home after June 10.

Instead, the second entrance, which was hit by an attack drone and suffered the most, needs separate major repairs. After the stabilization is complete, a special project will be developed and an estimate will be determined for the restoration.

For the entire period, residents of the building can receive compensation from the city budget for rent.

In addition, residents of 156 apartments in the building will receive financial assistance in the amount of UAH 10,800 for each registered family member (355 people in total) from the NGO "Tenth of April" with the support of Mercy Corps.

Russians launched a massive drone strike on Odesa on the night of May 1. The attack resulted in hits on residential buildings and the deaths of local residents. The strike killed two people and injured five others. The damage included high-rise buildings, private homes, a supermarket, a school, and cars. Fires broke out in some places.
