The warranty for the facility must be valid for at least 10 years from the date of its acceptance by the customer. The countdown starts on the day following the signing of the acceptance certificate. The bidder must provide a letter of guarantee as a confirmation. The Tairova village council also ordered the construction of a 90-seat school canteen with a radiation shelter worth UAH 163.8 million. Only one company took part in the open bidding and was awarded the contract without competition. The work is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2027.
The construction of the school cafeteria was planned back in January 2022, but after the full-scale invasion of Russia, it was revised: the project was amended, in particular to create a radiation shelter and additional infrastructure necessary for the safety of children and staff during possible shelling.
