Yaroslav Shanko, head of the Kherson MBA, has terminated the powers of Pavlo Manchenko, a deputy of the Kherson City Council.

The relevant order was published on the website of the Kherson City Council.

Pavlo Manchenko, who was elected in 2020 as a deputy of the Kherson City Council from Ihor Kolikhayev 's party "We Live Here!", also ran for the city council in 2015, but from the "Renaissance" party. In addition to his political activities, he is a co-founder of Satlight LLC (since 2012) and a co-founder and head of Marin Man Marine Crewing Agency LLC (since 2007). It is worth noting that from 2022 to February 2025, 19 deputies of the Kherson City Council lost their mandates.

Prokudin's deputy will head Kherson MBA. Yaroslav Shanko worked for many years in the Kherson police and headed the juvenile units. According to media reports, his career has always depended on the career of Oleksandr Pokudin. And even after moving from Kherson to Kyiv in 2021, Pokudin took Shank with him. There, Yaroslav served as deputy head of the Juvenile Prevention Department of the National Police of Ukraine. At that time, Prokudin himself was the acting head of the Department for Supporting the Activities of the Head of the National Police of Ukraine.

The previous head of the Kherson MVA, Roman Mrochko, who had been heading the administration since March 2023, was dismissed by the president in April 2025. Prior to that, he had extensive experience in the military prosecutor's office and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In August 2022, he voluntarily joined the army, and even earlier, in February of the same year, after the start of the full-scale invasion, he took up the position of head of the internal investigation team at the Vinnytsia Zonal Department of the Military Law Enforcement Service.
