Bigus predicted how Dmytruk's escape will affect Tatarov

Denys Bihus , an investigative journalist, recorded a video that he called his own reflections, in which he predicted how the escape of Odesa MP Artem Dmytruk could lead to the dismissal of Oleh Tatarov, the deputy head of the Presidential Office, in the future.

The journalist expressed the opinion that due to the MP's flight abroad, Oleh Tatarov will lose his reputation as a person who controls the law enforcement system, and thus will gradually begin to lose influence and eventually lose his position.

The fact is that the country's leadership, according to the journalist, has formed a system of telephone control during their term in office, which has led to the fact that the law enforcement system is locked into a phone call from one person.

"There are two ways to do this. The first is when all participants at all levels work according to the designed parameters. The upside is that, on average, the system will work fine. On the downside, it will be difficult to "cut" in a broad sense, not necessarily any "skins". And that's when the idea of "cutting a path" and finding a person who will "solve individual issues" comes up. Over time, the range of such issues becomes wider, the person's capabilities become more profound, and the system becomes corrupted because participants respond to the same person's commands. The number of cases increases because the system is less and less working as it should. In the end, this leads to the system falling apart and starting to rely on this one person," the journalist said.

And according to Denys Bihus, Oleh Tatarov is such a person now. The escape of Artem Dmytruk eventually gave the Presidential Office reason to doubt that Andriy Yermak's deputy remains an effective "decider."

"This escape does not make Tatarov feel better, because he did not control it. In my opinion, this escape of Dmytruk is more reputationally painful for Tatarov than all the criminal cases from NABU, activists' investigations and embassy signals combined. I could be wrong, but I think not. Whatever this informal agreement in the OP is, it involves solving problems, not creating them, and Dmytruk's escape is such a demonstrative failure that it's just shocking," the journalist said.

At the same time, Denys Bihus does not rule out that the Prosecutor General or the head of the State Border Guard Service will be publicly held responsible for the MP's escape, while Oleh Tatarov will answer questions behind the scenes.

"In the future, such cases are likely to be repeated, and little by little Tatarov will be asked why the system does not work, and the system does not work because no one created it. So, ironically, Tatarov will be fired by the collective, virtual fugitive Dmytruk," the investigator noted.

Earlier, the State Bureau of Investigation served notice of suspicion to three people who illegally transported MP Artem Dmytruk, a suspect in attacks on citizens, across the state border to Transnistria.
