The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has amended the Annex "Administrative Centers and Territories of Territorial Communities of Kherson Oblast" in its Resolution No. 726 of June 12, 2020.
According to Taras Melnychuk, the representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, according to the amendments, the Zelenopodsk territorial community of Kakhovka district and the Yubileynaya territorial community of Kherson district changed their category from settlement to village.
The corresponding changes were made to the official list of administrative centers and territories of communities in the Kherson region.
As a reminder, the Kherson community is experiencing a critical shortage of staff in almost all areas, most notably in healthcare and utilities. Medical institutions are only half staffed, and the workload on doctors is constantly growing.
At the same time, there is a staff shortage in public utilities, including those that provide critical infrastructure. Vacancies also remain open in local governments.
Earlier, Intent wrote that the invaders from Russia are forced to bring their doctors and secondary medical staff to the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson and other regions of Ukraine, as the locals do not work with the enemy and have mostly left the region.
In addition, there is a growing shortage of medicines in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region. Russians are turning hospitals into military hospitals. The occupiers do not provide medical services to the civilian population in the TOT. While civilian hospitals are being reoriented to work as military hospitals, pharmacies are experiencing a shortage of medicines. Most of the medicines are given to the Russian military. At a time when the civilian population does not have access to a sufficient amount of medicines.
