Deputies of the Fontansky village council in Odesa region approved a regulation on bonuses for the secretary of the village council, deputy chairman of the village council, starostas and the manager of the executive committee of the council.
This was reported by Oleksandr Somov, a deputy of the Fontansky village council.
He noted that the document provides for additional bonuses on the occasion of state, professional and religious holidays.
"The most striking thing is that it is planned to award bonuses to the men who have been booked for the Day of Defenders of Ukraine. According to my calculations, under this provision, the secretary and acting chairman can be awarded an average of up to UAH 100,000 per month," the MP said.
Currently, we are talking about:
- The acting village head, who is the secretary of the village council, is Andriy Serebriy.
- The first deputy village head is Roman Orishych.
- The deputies of the village head are: Volodymyr Kryvosheenko, Yevhen Fatenkov, and Petro Shchyrba. The manager of the executive committee is Oleksandr Shcherbych.
- Starostas: Oksana Shapovalova of the Kryzhanivka starosta district, Vitaliy Prudnikov of the Novodofinivka starosta district, and Natalia Semeniuk of the Oleksandrivka starosta district.
On February 11, 2025, the Kyiv District Court of Odesa temporarily removed Natalia Krupytsia, the head of the Fontansky village council, from office. She had been detained a week earlier. After that, the court ruled to arrest the head, giving her the opportunity to be released on bail in the amount of UAH 9 million 84 thousand.
On February 3, she was re-suspected in a case related to bank protection in the village of Kryzhanivka. The investigation began in 2013, when she was the head of the Kryzhanivka village council.
Then, after the construction of a protective buna under her leadership, sea currents changed, and massive amounts of algae began to accumulate on the beaches of Kryzhanivka and the northern part of Odesa. This led to suspicions of misappropriation of more than UAH 2.7 million, which Krupytsia and the head of the contractor organization were accused of. However, in October 2023, the Prymorskyi Court of Odesa declared the evidence invalid and the defendants innocent.
