Odesa City Council convenes an extraordinary session due to the energy sustainability plan

Acting Odesa Mayor Igor Koval has ordered an extraordinary session of the city council to be convened on April 10.
The relevant order was published by the press service of the Odesa municipality.
It should be noted that this session will be the 50th, while the next session, which was to be the anniversary session scheduled for April 29, will be the 51st.
The deputies decided to propose:
- To approve the Energy Sustainability Plan of Odesa.
- To submit for consideration to the Odesa City Military Administration of the Odesa District of Odesa Oblast the proposals "On the organization of the implementation of the City Target Program "Unbreakable Odesa" for 2024-2028, approved in a new version by the order of the Head of the Odesa City Military Administration of December 15, 2025, and the City Target Program for the Development of Housing in Odesa for 2022-2028, approved in a new version by the order of the Head of the Odesa City Military Administration of the Odesa District of Odesa Oblast of December 22, 2025, No. 124-202.
- Submission of proposals to the Odesa City Military Administration of Odesa District of Odesa Region "On Amendments to the City Target Program for the Development of Housing in Odesa for 2022-2028, approved in a new version by the Order of the Head of the Odesa City Military Administration No. 124-2025 dated December 22, 2025.
- To approve jury lists for Kyivskyi, Prymorskyi, Khadzhybeyskyi districts of Odesa.
The deputies also prepared an appeal to the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine regarding measures to protect and manage the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Historic Center of Odesa". The essence of the appeal is that the management body of the site should be located and work in Odesa and that the customer of the technical documentation for architectural monuments should be the Odesa City Council. The management body has not yet been established.
