In Mykolaiv, a rate has been set for the heat supply service provided to the city’s Housing and Maintenance Department for the 2026–2027 heating season. The cost of one gigacalorie of heat will be more than 3,803 hryvnias, including value-added tax.
The Mykolaiv City Council’s Executive Committee adopted the corresponding resolution after reviewing a request from the head of the Housing and Maintenance Department.
According to the document, the new tariff will be in effect throughout the 2026–2027 heating season. At the same time, the Executive Committee’s previous decision No. 1553 of October 22, 2025, which established the tariff for heat supply for this agency, has been repealed.
The Housing and Maintenance Department of the city of Mykolaiv was required to notify consumers of the established service rate.
According to the published calculation, the total cost of the heat energy to be supplied is 11.07 million hryvnias. The calculation is based on a projected heat supply volume of 2,911.53 gigacalories.
Material resources account for the bulk of the expenses. 7.29 million hryvnias have been allocated for them, of which 6.87 million hryvnias are for fuel. Specifically, expenditures for natural gas are estimated at 5.94 million hryvnias, for its distribution—865,600 hryvnias, and for transportation—59,400 hryvnias.
An additional 423,300 hryvnias were allocated for electricity, and 3,600 hryvnias for cold water for operational needs.
Labor costs amount to 847,800 hryvnias. Contributions to mandatory state social insurance were calculated at 186,500 hryvnias.
In addition, the calculation included 452,700 hryvnias in general production expenses and 92,800 hryvnias in administrative expenses.
The total cost of the service was determined to be 8.87 million hryvnias. The calculation also included 354,900 hryvnias in planned profit, calculated based on 4% of working capital, and 1.85 million hryvnias in value-added tax.
As a result, the cost of thermal energy according to the approved calculation is 11.07 million hryvnias, and the tariff is 3,803.26 hryvnias per gigacalorie.
The executive committee noted that the tariff remains unchanged but needed to be formally approved.
Also, in Mykolaiv, the tariff for centralized wastewater disposal for all consumer categories increased as of October 1. The City Council’s Executive Committee set a new rate per cubic meter for the municipal utility “Mykolaivvodokanal.”
