A new head has been appointed to the Rozdilnyansky District Administration

After a break of almost a year, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed a new head of the Rozdilnyansky District State Administration in Odesa Oblast.
This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the presidential decree, Vadym Kovalskyi, who had been the deputy head of the Rozdilnyansky District State Administration since March 2023.
Vadym Kovalskyi graduated from the Odesa National Academy of Communications named after O.S. Popov in 2002 with a degree in Telecommunication Systems and Networks, Management of Organizations, qualification - Telecommunications Engineer and Manager. In 2020, he received a master's degree from the Odesa Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, specializing in Public Administration and Management.
The previous head of the DSA, Serhiy Prykhodko, was dismissed by the President in April 2025. Serhii Prykhodko submitted a letter of resignation and the President supported it. Serhiy Prykhodko had held this position since February 17, 2021, when the President first dismissed him and then reappointed him in two orders on the same day.
This was the second time in a year that Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed Serhiy Prykhodko to this position. The first time was in January 2020. Prior to that, the newly appointed manager worked for seven years as the chief technical officer of Khlibna Havan Terminal LLC in Rozdilna. His work history also includes senior positions at other agricultural enterprises in the district.
