The faction of Trukhanov's party in the Odesa City Council is headed by Oleksandr Akhmerov

Oleksandr Akhmerov, director of the city's municipal property department and a member of the regional council, has become the new head of the "Trust the Deeds" party in the Odesa City Council.
This decision was made by the party members during the congress of Gennadiy Trukhanov 's party on October 25.
Oleksandr Akhmerov became the head of the municipal department of communal property in February 2023.
Prior to that, Mr. Akhmerov worked as the first deputy director of this department. Oleksandr Akhmerov is a former member of the Party of Regions. During the 2010 elections, he was the chairman of the Odesa City Election Commission.
In October 2015, he was elected a deputy of the Odesa Regional Council of the seventh convocation. He is a member of the "Trust the Deeds" faction. Member of the Executive Committee of Odesa City Council.
In 2015-2016, he headed the Standing Committee on Economics, Industry, Entrepreneurship, Regulatory Policy and Investment. Since October 2020, he has been elected as a deputy of the Odesa Regional Council from the "Trust the Deeds" party.
In December 2019, the Dumska media outlet reported that unknown persons had burned down the car of Oleksandr Akhmerov, and a few days later, his shop. As the head of the city election committee, Oleksandr Akhmerov was notable for the fact that representatives of the public and political parties repeatedly accused him of dishonesty and violation of laws.
In the spring of 2015, the Odesa regional organization of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine officially appealed to the Central Election Commission to terminate the powers of the then Odesa City Election Commission.
The head of the Odesa CVU, Anatoliy Boyko, even believed that "as long as the city election commission is headed by Akhmerov, fair elections are under threat." In the Odesa Regional Council, the deputy was noted for repeatedly voting for his colleagues. Thus, at the session in December 2018, intent journalists recorded Oleksandr Akhmerov pushing the button three times.
