Some communities in the Kherson region will have one hundred percent land tax exemptions. At the same time, the issue of a single tax for the fourth group remains open.
Dmytro Yunusov, Director of the Regional Department of Agriculture and Irrigation Development of the Regional State Administration, told Suspilne.
"One hundred percent benefits were granted to Novovorontsov, Novooleksandrivka, Mylivka, Borozenka, Vysokopil, Velyko Oleksandrivka and Beryslav communities. As for Dariivska, the decision is in the process of being made.
There were no appeals from agricultural producers in Tyahynska and Muzykivska, so the payment of land taxes there remains unchanged.
According to the director, Kochubeivska and Kalynivska will have a 50% tax exemption. Other communities: Bilozerska, Kherson, Stanislavska - are located in the area of active hostilities, so they are already exempted by law from paying land tax, single tax and minimum tax liability.
Some communities, such as Novorayska and Beryslavska, will be transferred to the list of active hostilities due to the difficult situation with drone attacks," Yunusov said.
The official also noted that the DIA does not have the authority to exempt taxpayers of the fourth group from the single tax, which is the bulk of farmers.
The exemptions will apply to land tax payers among individual farmers and legal entities under the general taxation system.
The state tax may be exempted at the request of the agricultural producer and only if the land is mined. If the harvest is lost due to climatic conditions, the current legislation does not allow the military administration to grant exemptions.
The issue for the fourth group will remain open for now, as it requires a more extensive consideration. MPs are raising the issue of amending the tax code, which would expand the powers of the administration in case of unforeseen cases of granting benefits.
Thus, according to analysts of the Opendatabot platform, a hectare of agricultural land in Odesa region cost UAH 41.8 thousand as of July 1, 2025, in Mykolaiv region - UAH 41.6 thousand, and in Kherson region - UAH 39.1 thousand.
The number of agricultural enterprises in Odesa region that took advantage of the opportunity to receive loans under the state program "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" increased by 50 in July.
