The deputies also requested that the title of Hero of Ukraine be awarded with the Order of the Golden Star (posthumously) to Colonel Konstantin Oborin (call sign "Kamikaze"). They also approved a list of the second type of jointly owned objects of territorial communities of villages, towns, and cities in Odesa Oblast to be leased without an auction - the premises in the building of Odesa Oblast Council No. 2 at 83 Kanatna Street and the List of jointly owned objects of territorial communities in the Oblast to be privatized - 18 objects.
On the eve of that session, the chairman of the regional council , Hryhoriy Didenko , became involved in a corruption scandal: the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine granted the application of the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office and arrested an apartment and non-residential premises owned by Yulia Didenko, a member of the Ukrainian parliament and the wife of the chairman of the regional council.
