In October, Trukhanov traveled to France, where he visited Strasbourg and Paris, and from Paris he moved to Austria and Vienna. This trip took eleven days for the head of Odesa.

In November, Trukhanov traveled to Regensburg. This time, the mayor was on a business trip for five days. Most often, the mayor was accompanied on his travels by Ivan Liptuga, Director of the Department of Culture, International Cooperation and European Integration of the Odesa City Council. Some municipal employees also accompanied the mayor on business trips. However, only once. Most often, the mayor traveled on business trips in his official car. At the same time, almost all orders concerning travel abroad stated that he was not traveling at the expense of the budget.
