Odesa City Council Offered to Take Ownership of 10 Storage Facilities

The Odesa City Council has planned to receive a number of storage facilities in Odesa from the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions.
The relevant draft decision of the Odesa Regional Council is scheduled for consideration at the session on September 24.
These are civil defense facilities (shelters):
- No. 57133, with a total area of 92.3 square meters, located at 54 Balkivska Street;
- No. 56031, with a total area of 121.3 square meters, located at 37 Evropeiska Street;
- No. 57134, with a total area of 93.9 square meters, located at 39 Zelenyi Pavlo Street;
- No. 57559, with a total area of 263.1 square meters, located at 46 Liniya Street, 37;
- No. 56445, with a total area of 380.1 square meters, located at 44 Mykhailivska Street;
- No. 56444, with a total area of 282.8 square meters, located at 44 Mykhailivska Street;
- No. 56442, with a total area of 1,375.6 square meters, located at 28 Promyslova Street;
- No. 56412, with a total area of 927.0 square meters, located at 1 Khimichna Street;
- No. 56946, with a total area of 92.1 square meters, located at 6 Hvozdychnyi Lane.
As well as non-residential premises (civil defense structure) with a total area of 196 square meters, located at 10 Frantsuzsky Boulevard, Odesa, room. 101 and the premises (group of premises), non-residential basement (civil protection structure) with a total area of 141.6 square meters, located at Starosinnaya Square, 1, room. 101.
Preparations for the session are currently underway. In particular, meetings of permanent deputy commissions are taking place to consider issues that may be submitted to deputies for consideration at the sessions, and Intent monitors these meetings.
There are 12 standing committees in Odesa city council, but as of February 22, 2025, the standing committee on culture, tourism and international relations and the standing committee on regulations, deputy ethics and corruption prevention cannot make decisions, as they currently have less than three deputies.
