Mykolaiv Executive Committee to discuss dismantling of buildings in the city

On November 26, a meeting of the executive committee of the city council is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. in Mykolaiv, during which 65 issues are to be considered: dismantling of structures in the city, several blocks of custody issues, and approval of work plans for the first half of 2026.
This was reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv City Council.
The agenda includes consideration of a draft decision of the city council to approve the city's Youth Policy target program, which will cover 2026-2030, as well as an energy saving program for community energy efficiency (2026-2028).
In particular, members of the executive committee are going to consider applications received from citizens of the Central and Korabelny districts regarding social housing registration, changes to registration files, and removal from social housing registration.
The executive committee will also discuss the issue of excluding residential premises from the list of service premises and providing them for permanent use, refusing to exclude residential premises from the list of service premises and providing them for permanent use.
The Children's Service of Mykolaiv City Council is planning to preliminarily consider amendments to the decision on the draft approval of the city's comprehensive program for the protection of children's rights, Children of Mykolaiv, which includes 2025-2027.
As a reminder, at the last meeting of the executive committee, the Mykolaiv City Council agreed on a list of residential buildings damaged or destroyed as a result of the occupier's aggression. It is recommended to dismantle them: partially or completely.
The relevant draft decision was considered by the deputies at the executive committee on October 22. It is added that the decision will be made on the basis of the conclusions of the regional commission on technogenic and ecological safety and emergencies, which held extraordinary meetings on August 7, September 22, and October 8, 2025.
In particular, an expert from the Housing and Utilities Commission of Mykolaiv City Council issued a conclusion on the need to completely dismantle the building at 31/11 9a Slobidska Street (Marshal Vasilevsky Street). At the same time, the building at this address is part of a residential apartment building.
