Mykolaiv Executive Committee to decide on the fate of the budget, benefits and transportation

On July 9, Mykolaiv will hold a meeting of the executive committee to consider 73 issues. In particular, the agenda includes guardianship issues, the budget, tariffs and payment for meals in the city's educational institutions.
This was reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv City Council.
The meeting of the executive committee of the Mykolaiv City Council is scheduled for July 9, 2025, at 10:00 am.
There are 73 issues for consideration, four of which relate to the guardianship unit. Among the issues to be considered by the executive committee members are discussion of amendments to the decision "On Approval of the Budget Regulations for the Budget Process in Mykolaiv", as well as approval of the amount of monthly fees and benefits for studying at art schools for the 2025-2026 academic year.
They also plan to consider the conditions for holding tenders for the transportation of passengers by city buses, determine the list of objects for these tenders, and set tariffs for certain funeral services.
In addition, members of the executive committee will consider the redistribution of expenditures to the capital construction department for 2025 and approve the procedure for eliminating unprofitable housing and communal services.
They are also planning to consider issuing special orders for service housing for the military of the Mykolaiv garrison, setting the maximum cost of meals in schools and kindergartens in Mykolaiv, and extending the period of temporary residence for IDPs in municipal housing.
At a previous meeting in Mykolaiv, it was decided to allocate 900 thousand hryvnias from the city budget to support the families of military personnel who are or have been in captivity. The assistance is to be provided to 600 people in 2025-2026.
They also approved an action plan for implementing the barrier-free strategy, which includes the arrangement of an accessible environment in residential buildings, educational and medical institutions, shelters, public spaces, and the purchase of transportation for people with limited mobility.
