Kherson MVA Head Terminates Council Member Olga Spivakina's Powers

Roman Mrochko, the head of Kherson MVA, has terminated the powers of a city council member ahead of schedule. This refers to Olga Spivakina, who was an assistant to the collaborator Saldo.

The relevant order is posted on the website of the Kherson City Council.

The decision was made on the basis of Spivakina's personal statement submitted on February 5, 2025.

In this regard, Olga Spivakina was removed from the Standing Committee on Finance, Budget, Investment and Regulatory Policy.

According to the Chesno movement, Spivakina was born in 1983. She worked as a project manager at the Kherson City Public Association of Builders and Investors "Budinvestsoyuz".

Spivakina's political activities were associated with the Party of Regions, in particular, she was a member of the now-banned Volodymyr Saldo Bloc.

In the 2020 local elections, she ran for the Kherson City Council of the 8th convocation from the Volodymyr Saldo Bloc on the list #4, district 1, and was elected as a deputy.

She also worked as an assistant to Volodymyr Saldo in the 7th Verkhovna Rada.

Earlier, Olena Matviyets, a deputy of the Kherson City Council, was deprived of her deputy powers by the order of Roman Mrochko, the head of the Kherson MVA.

Meanwhile, Natalia Chekhuta, the first deputy head of the Kherson MVA, bought a private house in Vinnytsia region. On February 2, 2025, Chekhuta declared an 82.3 m² residential building in the village of Yakushyntsi, Vinnytsia region.

Natalia Chekhuta is the first deputy head of the Kherson City Military Administration, which was created after the full-scale invasion to manage the city under martial law.
