Dobroslavska hromada spent 11 million on roads in six months

The Dobroslav village council in Odesa region spent UAH 11.2 million in the first half of 2025 on infrastructure projects, namely road repairs.
This was announced during a session of the Dobroslav village council by Alyona Shikhalieva, deputy head of Dobroslav.
According to her, three streets in Dobroslav village were repaired for a total of UAH 420.2 thousand, and one street and two public roads in the Kremydiv starosta district for a total of UAH 10.8 million.
In total, according to the deputy village head, UAH 25.8 million was transferred for capital expenditures (for 51 projects) in the first half of 2025, including UAH 12.7 million from the local budget and UAH 13.1 million from higher-level budgets.
UAH 1 million was spent on landscaping: in the village of Dobroslav, UAH 39.7 thousand of capital expenditures were spent on repairing the water supply in Trakia Park, in the Kremydiv starosta district, UAH 867.8 thousand was spent on repairing the center for victims of domestic violence. Street lighting repairs cost UAH 1 million: 25 streets in Dobroslav village were repaired for UAH 552.7 thousand, UAH 186 thousand was spent in Kremydivsky starosta district for the same needs, UAH 140 thousand in Troyanivsky district, and UAH 136 thousand in Shompolovsky district.
A total of UAH 585.4 thousand was spent on water supply repairs (works on artesian wells and street networks): UAH 250 thousand in Dobroslav village, UAH 156 thousand in Troyanivka starosta district, UAH 167.9 thousand in Kremydivsky district, UAH 11.5 thousand in Shompolovsky district.
According to Aliona Shikhalieva, the Dobroslav community pays great attention to energy independence: thanks to cooperation with foreign donors, the community received almost UAH 23 million in assistance in the form of energy storage stations. 10% of this amount, namely UAH 2.4 million, was allocated from the local budget for the installation of these stations.
Most of the users are administrative buildings, educational and cultural institutions and artesian wells. All these facilities are provided with uninterruptible power supply. This makes it possible to save on diesel and gasoline generators and ensure uninterrupted operation of these institutions.
UAH 3.2 million of capital expenditures were allocated to educational and cultural institutions: UAH 422.8 thousand to Dobroslav lyceum and kindergarten, UAH 43.9 thousand to Troyanivka starosta district, UAH 2.7 million to Kremydivske district and UAH 14.6 thousand to Shompolivske district. UAH 445.3 thousand was spent on social protection: UAH 117.3 thousand was spent on the current repair of the administrative building to create a veterans' space, on the purchase of machinery and equipment, and UAH 328 thousand was spent on honoring the memory of the fallen heroes of Ukraine - the creation of tombstones - the funds were distributed among all utility companies and they are already customers of these monuments.
