Deputies of the Dobroslav village council in Odesa region voted for the village budget for 2026 at an extraordinary meeting on December 22.

According to an Intent correspondent, Olga Zadorozhna, head of the financial department of the Dobroslav village council, said that the local budget revenues of the Dobroslav village council will amount to UAH 212 million 598 thousand 890, including general fund revenues of UAH 211 thousand 882 thousand 79 and special fund revenues of UAH 716 thousand 100.

Expenditures will amount to UAH 212 million 598 thousand 890, including UAH 208 million 882 thousand 790 from the general fund. Expenditures of the special fund amounted to UAH 3 million 716 thousand 100.

The deputies approved the education development program for 2026-2027. Valeriy Ivanchykov, head of the Education Department, told the deputies that this is a strategic document, the need for which is due to the completion of school education reform and the transition to a 12-year education system. According to him, the next few years will be crucial, and a capable educational network should be formed by September 1, 2027.

The official said that the program includes 5 key areas:

  • Transformation of the network of institutions. The pivotal institution Dobroslavsky Lyceum will receive the status of an Academic Lyceum. It will be the only institution where children will receive specialized secondary education (grades 10-12). The Kremydiv and Troianivka schools will become gymnasiums (grades 1-9). Starting from the 2025-2026 school year, enrollment in the 10th grade at these schools will be terminated. Onyskivka gymnasium will be reorganized into a primary school, and Vovkivka gymnasium will be reorganized into a branch.
  • Quality and specialization of education. The academic lyceum will provide education in three profiles: mathematics, science, and humanities. The program includes the creation of a modern STEM laboratory and specialized physics, chemistry, and biology classrooms, as well as the provision of computer equipment at a ratio of 1 computer per 10 students.
  • Transportation logistics and the School Bus. Due to the concentration of high schools in Dobroslav, there will be an increased need for transportation of students from other villages (Kremydivka, Troyandove, Vovkove). It is planned to purchase at least two new specialized buses in 2026-2027, which will ensure comfortable transportation of children to the Academic Lyceum.
  • Safety and investment attraction. The goal is to provide 100% of the institutions with reliable shelters and install automatic fire alarm systems. Valeriy Ivanchykov noted that the Education Department is actively raising extra-budgetary funds. The program reflects the current repair of the radiation shelter of the Dobroslav Lyceum, which is funded by UNICEF, which reduces the burden on the local budget.

The total amount of funding for the program is UAH 177.6 million, of which UAH 136.2 million is from the state budget to be used for the reconstruction of building No. 1 of the Krayina Mriy kindergarten. About UAH 5 million is raised from other sources, including UNICEF's partner assistance. The community budget funds, about UAH 36 million, will be used for current needs, co-financing and maintenance of the institutions.
