The Executive Committee of Odesa City Council urgently met and held an extraordinary meeting on December 9.
The agenda included the budget for 2026 and its submission to the city council for approval.
Also, the issue of changes to the 2025 budget. Also, the Department of Municipal Security was urgently instructed to decide what of the property of the liquidated Municipal Guard will be transferred to the volunteer formation of the territorial community of Odesa.
Acting Odesa Mayor Ihor Koval has appointed a head of the new Department of Veterans' Affairs, which was created in the Odesa City Council. The department is headed by Volodymyr Yermakov, who previously headed the municipal institution "Service Office "Veteran Hub". Volodymyr Yermakov was dismissed from his position as head of the municipal institution by another order.
