Almost 700 residents of Kherson region received help from volunteer doctors

Volunteer doctors continue to provide medical care to residents of the Kherson region.

This was reported by the press service of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

The post says that last week a mobile medical team from the Fortitude UA charitable foundation paid a working visit to Vysokopillia, Topolyne, Fedorivka, Olhyne, Potemkino, Maryne, Blahodatne, and Zarichne. Patients could consult with a family doctor, neurologist, ophthalmologist and cardiologist free of charge and undergo the necessary examinations. In addition, based on the results of the examination, patients could receive the necessary medicines and glasses. In total, the specialists helped more than 670 local residents.

The Fortitude UA Charitable Foundation continues to implement the Kherson Mobile Clinics project in cooperation with the International Rescue Committee and with the support of the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund.

Earlier it was reported that the medical team of the Fortitude UA charitable foundation visited a number of settlements in Beryslav region, including Kochubeivka, Svobodne, Orlove, Novobratske, Ivanivka, Mykolaivka, and Kniazivka. It is noted that in total, the specialists examined more than 600 local residents, providing the necessary consultations and prescribing treatment. Patients could use the services of a family doctor, neurologist, ophthalmologist and cardiologist free of charge. If necessary, residents were given free medicines and glasses.

It was also mentioned that at the end of August , a mobile team of doctors from the Fortitude UA charitable foundation visited seven settlements in Beryslav region. Residents of Novopavlivka, Pervomayske, Bila Krynytsia, Mala Shestirna, Novohryhorivka, Zahradivka and Pryhirya could consult and be examined by a family doctor, neurologist, ophthalmologist, endocrinologist and cardiologist free of charge. In addition, patients were provided with the necessary medicines and glasses as prescribed by doctors.
