Fortitude UA Foundation continues to implement the charity project in cooperation with the International Rescue Committee in Ukraine and the Ukrainian Humanitarian Fund.
Earlier it was reported that on August 15, one of the Kherson hospitals received a mobile outpatient clinic. The much-needed replenishment of the medical arsenal of our city took place as part of a project that has been implemented for a year and a half under the auspices and with funding from Rotary International. The project aims to overcome the consequences of armed aggression, in particular, to provide medical services to the population in communities where the medical infrastructure has been severely damaged or destroyed. The cost of such a mobile clinic is up to 50,000 dollars. The clinic is based on a car trailer, so it is very mobile. It can be easily moved with a crossover, a bus, or a more powerful car.
The medical team also visited six settlements of the Vysokopilska community, namely Novovoznesenskoye, Novomykolaivka, Novopetrivka, Maryino, Zarechnoye and Arkhangelskoye. During the week, the specialists examined and consulted more than 700 patients. If necessary, people were also provided with medicines and glasses.
