Half of the members of district committee #142 are waiting to be replaced

After less than two weeks of work, DEC 142 will be renewed by 50%.
As practice has shown, candidates for district commissions are selected in a hurry: from those who are available at the moment. It has become a common practice to first submit documents to the CEC and then inform the person that he or she has been included in the commission. Also, quite often, the contact information provided is not up-to-date (phone numbers and addresses of commission members). As a result, district committees have great difficulty gathering for the first meeting, and at that meeting or a few days after it, mass absenteeism begins.
Another example is the situation with DEC 142 today. The deputy chairman of the commission, Trifon Antov (from the Batkivshchyna parliamentary faction), after working for a week, refused to continue working. It was difficult to persuade him to wait for a replacement.
The secretary of the commission, Ivan Bonchev (from the political party "Ukraine of the Future"), refused to work from the very beginning, explaining that he had learned about his inclusion in the commission as secretary three days before the start of work. So the commission has been working without a secretary until now.
Oleksandr Dimov (from the Liberal Party of Ukraine) refused to work, saying that he had never heard that he was a member of the district election commission.
Oleksandr Dorofiy (from the Green Party), Oksana Krysanova (from the UDAR Party) and Iryna Stoyanova (from the Radical Party of Oleh Lyashko) cannot be reached because their phones are out of reach all the time.
Natalia Stepantsova (from the People's Labor Union of Ukraine) cannot be contacted either because she does not have any contact numbers at all.
All of these commission members will be replaced by the parties that submitted them.
At the initiative of the Right Sector political party, Olena Syroshenko will be removed from the commission. A replacement is being sought.
Finally, the Ukrainian Platform SOBOR political party has already replaced Vasyl Chernyshov with Vitaliy Kusturov.
