The Chernivtsi village council in Berezivskyi district of Odesa region has put up for sale a non-residential building at 49 Tsentralna Street again.

This was reported in the Prozorro.Sale system.

The starting price is UAH 3 million 457.6 thousand, and a new auction is scheduled for July 1. The previous starting price of the auction, which was supposed to take place on June 4 but did not take place due to the lack of bidders, was 6 million 915.2 thousand, so now the village council is offering this property at a 50% discount.

This is the second time this has happened, because before this building was re-put up for sale at a price of UAH 6 million 915.2 thousand on June 4, they tried to sell it for UAH 3 million 457.6 thousand on February 2, and before that on January 15, 2026, for the same UAH 6 million 915.2 thousand.

We are talking about privatization:

  • a wooden gazebo, built in 1982;
  • two-storeydormitory, built in 1982 with a total area of 1002.6 square meters;

It should be noted that the Chernove Lyceum, a municipal institution, was located at 49 Tsentralna Street in the village of Chernove.

Earlier, state-owned Ukreximbank, one of the country's three largest financial institutions, re-launched a building with a total area of more than 2,000 square meters and a 53-square-meter garage in Izmail, Odesa region.
